  • Instructions for use
    1. Wash and dry your feet.
    2. Gently slide foot into sleeve ensuring narrow part of gel pad is closest to toes.
    3. Adjust placement to ensure gel pad fits foot arch comfortably.
    4. Remove overnight to allow skin to breathe.
     

    Washing instructions
    Hand-wash with warm soapy water. Air dry only.
